Hi, I'm Keren.
With a background in physiotherapy and personal training, I help women build strength, improve their nutrition and create sustainable habits that support their health and wellbeing.
My approach blends knowledge from physiotherapy, strength training, Pilates and nutrition, allowing me to support women in a way that feels practical, personalised and achievable.
I'm passionate about helping women feel stronger, more confident and better supported through different stages of life — whether that means returning to exercise, improving bone health, navigating hormonal changes or simply learning how to take better care of themselves.
You'll often hear me talk about strength training, bone health, nutrition and sustainable habits — but my philosophy goes beyond just exercise programs or meal plans.
Health should support a full and enjoyable life.
I believe women deserve support that recognises the complexity of their lives — careers, families, changing hormones, shifting priorities and the desire to still feel strong and vibrant through it all.
For me, wellness is about more than just exercise. It's about creating a lifestyle that allows you to feel energised, capable and able to enjoy life fully.
Because feeling well isn't just about working harder in the gym. It's about creating a life that supports your health in every way.
My path into health and wellness hasn't followed a perfectly straight line — but every step has shaped the way I now support the women I work with.
I originally completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and spent several years working within the healthcare system across hospital and corporate settings. During this time I gained invaluable experience understanding how the body works, how injuries develop, and how movement can be used as a powerful tool for rehabilitation and long-term health.
But like many women, life shifted. After having my two children, balancing the demands of traditional clinical work with motherhood became increasingly difficult. I found myself craving something different — a way to continue helping people while also creating a life that allowed me to be present for my family.
That's when I decided to follow a long-held passion and complete my Personal Training certification. What began as a career pivot quickly became something much bigger.
Working directly with women in a more personalised, preventative and empowering way completely transformed how I saw health and fitness. Instead of only seeing people once pain or injury had occurred, I could help women build strength, confidence and resilience before problems developed.
Over time, my work has continued to evolve as my own interests and experiences have grown. I have expanded my studies into integrative nutrition and Pilates, allowing me to support clients with a deeper understanding of how movement, nutrition and lifestyle work together to influence how we feel every day.
That belief is what led me to also explore studies in travel and lifestyle experiences — something that might sound unusual at first, but reflects my broader vision of wellness. Movement, nourishing food, rest, adventure, connection and enjoyment are all part of living well.
My approach today blends all of these disciplines. Everything I do draws on the combination of my physiotherapy background, personal training experience, nutrition knowledge and lifestyle approach to wellness.
My goal is to help women:
Guidance that reassures and encourages — never intense or overwhelming. You'll feel safe to ask questions, move at your pace and build confidence gradually.
Programs and plans that fit into your actual life — not an idealised version of it. Sustainable habits that you can maintain long-term.
Movement, nutrition and lifestyle work together. Keren's diverse qualifications mean she can support you across multiple dimensions of health.
Expert-level guidance delivered with warmth and humanity. You'll feel supported by someone who genuinely cares about your progress and wellbeing.
