How Sessions Work

Rather than extreme workouts or short-term programs, the focus is on building strength gradually, improving mobility and supporting overall wellbeing so that exercise becomes something that enhances everyday life.

Each session is structured around your individual goals, fitness level and any considerations such as injuries or health conditions. Sessions are available as 1:1 (individual) or 2:1 (pair) formats, in 30-minute or 45-minute durations.

The goal is to help you feel strong, capable and able to enjoy life fully, both now and in the years ahead.
