Blueberry Banana Protein Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • Handful of berries for garnish
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Optional: 2 tbsp granola or 1 tsp almond butter (extra crunch + healthy fats)

Instructions

  1. 1.In a high-speed blender, combine frozen blueberries, banana, protein powder, and milk. Blend until thick and smooth.
  2. 2.Pour into a bowl and use the back of a spoon to create a swirl pattern.
  3. 3.Top with banana slices, fresh blueberries, and chia seeds.
  4. 4.Optional: sprinkle with granola or a drizzle of almond butter for extra texture.
  5. 5.Serve immediately with a spoon.
