Easy Salmon Spring Rolls

Easy Salmon Spring Rolls

Ingredients

  • 4 sheets rice paper
  • Fresh coriander
  • 200g salmon, cut into 4 pieces
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp tamari, for serving

Instructions

  1. 1Boil a small amount of water and remove from heat.
  2. 2Dip each rice paper sheet in the water for 30 seconds, then lay flat on a damp cloth.
  3. 3Place coriander leaves, salmon, and black pepper on each sheet and roll tightly.
  4. 4Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. 5Fry rolls for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. 6Transfer to a paper towel to drain.
  7. 7Serve with tamari and a side salad if desired.
