Sesame Ginger Beef Stir Fry with Zoodles

Ingredients
4 tbsp tamari
1 tbsp xylitol (or other sweetener)
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
450g ground lean beef (5% fat)
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
Instructions

Combine tamari, rice wine vinegar, and sweetener in a bowl. Set aside.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook beef for 7–10 minutes until browned.

Push beef to one side of the pan. Add sesame oil, ginger, and garlic to the empty space and cook for 1 minute.

Pour in the sauce and stir to coat the beef. Cook for 1 minute.

Briefly heat spiralized zucchini with the beef before serving.
